Nulla da eccepire sulla qualità del caffè in se stesso, tuttavia molte cialde risultano aperte o meglio non saldate correttamente, quindi all’apertura della busta sigillata ci si ritrova il caffè disperso e la cialde svuotata con conseguente disordine in ufficio e perdita della cialde. Il problema è che la frequenza comincia a diventare uno su cinque nessuna scatola di 150 cominciano ad essere troppe. Abbiamo perso diverse scatole era un nostro ufficio in modo particolare decaffeinato che presenta maggiori problemi. Contattata l’azienda ci ha chiesto il numero di lotto e poi di sentire il punto vendita il punto vendita di Massafra, Punto Caffè, riattacca il telefono quando lo chiamiamo sul cellulare che è l’unico modo di comunicare. Pessimo servizio !
