CAPSULE TECHNOLOGY
They are one of the two components of the system. They are designed in minute detail, with a multi-layer structure specifically conceived to work best with the machines and enhance the aroma of the coffee.
Each capsule contains 8 grams of blend: the ideal dose of roasted and ground coffee for a true Italian espresso. During pre-infusion, it is evenly moistened, preparing for the best extraction.
