The particular composition of Oscar 90 maintains the potability of the water for several days.
The silver-treated resin guarantees total bacteriostaticity of the water in which it is immersed, complying with strict American standards, so much so that it has obtained FDA2 certification.
This means that water can be left in the coffee machine tray for several days without any bacterial proliferation.

How to use:

Optimal use of Oscar 90 requires a few simple steps.
1. Remove Oscar 90 from the transparent wrapper that protects it externally;
2. Once freed, wet it with cold water to activate the silver-treated granules;
3. Then place Oscar 90 in the empty tray that serves as a reservoir in the coffee machine.
Fill the tray with water to the desired level; as soon as the water comes into contact with the resin microspheres, it will undergo the osmotic-magnetic softening process, beginning to release calcium and magnesium ions in exchange for sodium.

Given the characteristics of Oscar 90, we recommend always keeping a good amount of water
in the reservoir, so that it has time to act and always provide you with water with perfect characteristics
for an excellent coffee and to safeguard your appliance. Oscar 90 is unique and guarantees that your water,
even after a few days, will remain pure and free of bacteria.
Obviously, being a passive system, it will take time for all ions to be neutralized, but the particular
mixture of resins used will guarantee the reduction of water hardness in a short time.
Once inserted, Oscar 90 should not be removed until it is depleted or until its natural expiry.

DISPOSAL:
All products show the European waste code on the label, which indicates what
type of waste it is, in this case, a Non-Hazardous Special Waste, and what type of professional waste disposal
company should handle it.
Obviously, only those authorized to manage that specific code. In no case can the product be disposed of in the ordinary way.
